    I certainly agree with your first paragraph. Also, it explains why TTY's price chart looks like a ski slope!

    About your second paragraph, I perhaps need to clarify a point.When saying that TTY would have to prop up OLY or watch its 65% go down the gurgler, I was not suggesting that TTY would need to increase its holding in OLY. Rather my intention was to point out that TTY now has to cover OLY's losses,ie: in effect pay its bills.

    Suppose I tried to buy a business that was running at a loss believing I could turn it into a profit. But in the event, I acquired only 65%. Knowing that the owners of the other 35% (=OLY holders) wouldnt help, I'd have no choice but to pay that businesses debts or watch it go bankrupt.

    To make matters worse, by not obtaining 90% of the business, the owners of the 35% would be free to sell their share and so affect the market value of the whole business. Etc.
