Gangsta,
Don't know anything about KAL.
Would say to monitor the following re juniors.
1). Low cash - badly put away placements can depress shareprices for a very long time ( 6 - 18 months at there worst).
2.) Capex - high capex can kill a good brownfields exploration story. They usually then come right nearer comissioning day.
3). There are oz's and then there are oz's. Economic or not ?. How economic ?
Check out the management history. This'll tell you plenty about where a company is going.
TMX are building up real oz's with low capex development options galore. NICE. Their problem is a badly put away 2007 placement. A couple of good volume days will see the end of that. I'm picking say 2m ( $300,000 - $400,000) more shares changing hands and then shareprice appreciation. There's no grunt to the selling just slack stock showing up.
The next few days might provide some nice buying opportunities for your favourites Au juniors. US$ likely to firm, Au likely to drop then the next wave of buying.
Gold might get down as low as US$850 (ish) in the very short term.
