I thought i'd start a new thread on this issue.
Can someone clarify if this is correct as I wasn't a holder in 2016.
AUZ needed a CR in 2016 and it was done though Terrain Capital, a company who Ramsden (AUZ Chairman) is also the MD?
And now, AUZ is doing another CR and Terrain Capital is involved again???
Can someone please shed some light on this?
