Surely ASX listing rules say something about informing the market about financially relevant information.

What are management doing; Germany is still on their website and as multiple people have said, why was this not announcement to the market as soon as it came to light. They breathlessly announce every other thing as price sensitive!


Mgmt are clueless, so the only hope is someone who sees value in Nachu launches a takeover of the company....I called 20s a few months ago, and if no action on Nachu before year end, we into the 10c in the new year and then below 100m, I'm sure Nachu becomes interesting to someone a few brain cells.
