Given Magnis’s history of MOU deal making with POSCO, Sinosteel, the dragon off-take and now TerraE all having issues – and I do not mean to assign fault in any direction -, I think it is entirely appropriate to question what happened.
If it was me, I’d be asking what happened in every instance. And the truth is I am curious. Maybe it can be used as a learning opportunity for Magnis, the market, or everyone else?
