    hey Simmpa, IMO the MOU with terrae will not really impact AL Capitals position.


    IMO they are interested in the IP of Magnis and C4v and their ownership in the battery manufacturing facilities.


    Magnis' role as a supplier of graphite to a battery foundry (TerraE) in which they have no ownership stake is less significant in the decision making process
