That's correct Robbo,
BMW, Umicore & Northvolt have no MOU with Magnis,
Just timely example of competent European trio forming a credible battery consortium. Belgium giant Umicore has years of experience providing quality battery materials and Northvolt cell production underpinned by European Investment bank/Nemaska Lithium offtakes with BMW bringing onboard big auto support.
Magnis does have one remaining German MOU though low expectations given recent comments in annual report on Listrom/TerraE projects: "Plans on both these projects are at an infant stage at present"
News has shown how rapidly TerraE progressed from 'infant stage' to grave, neatly sidestepping the middle production years. Surprised Magnis remain silent on collapse of TerraE as adversely impacts on how Listrom MOU is now viewed. At least for those who thought MNS owned 45% of 'something' in Germany.
No news is not good news.
