So at the time it was certainly correct. 100% fact. Is it true now? No idea, but we do know ‘several obligations’ are required in order to meet assistance. But again, I was commenting on the FOI request specifically.

As for credibility, you seem to be focusing your energy in the wrong area. Why not ask Frank to make a public comment to the market about TerraE and exactly what’s going on there? Or Townsville, and what these ‘several obligations’ are, was the DD in there? (I won’t even mention the incomplete RAP, or whether or not the new holder still considers Magnis ‘well advanced with global scaling.’?)
