For all those who have been thinking there may be a chance of a Capital Raising in 3DP, think again as the 107m 5c Options expiring June 2019 that will come into play as our SP rises.
That's $5.3m to come into our coffers via conversion satisfying any cash requirements as the company looks to expand itself globally. I expect many of these will start getting converted as we roar on past the 10c mark as the holders are mainly SI's and players who helped bring the deal into the company from my understanding.
We are in perfect storm mode here as we go into what will be a very bullish AGM. I would personally like to thank the management team led by MD Ian Olsen and Chair Graham Griffiths for keeping a tight and steady ship as they plotted a course to sales and revenue for this fantastic smart technology company.
Unfortunately I won't be at the AGM due to a mate's funeral so would appreciate any feedback from those who can attend......I am sure it will be a positive meeting and hopefully with an update on how the US trip went. My water tells me that our SP rise was no co-incidense.

3DP - Pointerra Limited today closed up 54% to finish at 6c on $769k stock traded. The reason they were up today is because there are a sh*tload more buyers than sellers which as most of you would know means I got no idea.
The company were issued with a speeding ticket from the ASX or Constable Chapman today and responded to say that they have no idea why the stock price is up so much.
Some details on what the company do are listed below for those of you that are interested and of course a nice photo of Constable Chapman who hasn't had a run for while, which I am sure many of you will appreciate.

Poor old Constable Chapman looks exhausted after issuing a record number of speeding tickets to ASX companies this month, mainly for going too fast.
