Long time investor , about 5 years .

Any update post the Federal Courts Full Bench Appeal heard yesterday.

You know the " Holy Grail"

Looks like a " Notice of Contention" has been lodged.

I would think this warrants a proper DECLARATION to shareholders and to the ASX .

Is any body at home at Domacom @ level 3/ 99 Queen Street, Melbourne 3000.

It doesn't take a Rhodes Scholar to work out if you can lodge a " Notice of Contention" you have had every opportunity to inform your share holders, the Market and the ASX as to the current state of the nation.

IMO its just ........pretty improper.

Please provide an advice to ASX immediately...... Common get on with it...
