Responding to your Questions as follows:
Q: How many times have you predicted the imminent death of Domacom.
A: Without new debt I think (IMO)cash would shortly have run out. The new debt has extended that time frame.
Q: Acquire Domacom for his company and get access to licensing.technology and IFA approvals owned by Domacom.
A: No I do not work for or own a company that is interested in purchasing Domacom. Plenty of competitors are out there who haven't spent $20m to get to the same space. Not sure how many got a leg up in addition to the capital from shareholders with the self assessed $2-3M rebate Domacom recieved from the ATO.
