Your might like to read The Shadow Treasurer Chris Bowen Media Release in response to the Treasurers BAN on MIT's holding Residential Property ( without affordable housing ) from the 14th September 2017.
IMO it really is a serious concern that DOMACOM is apparently either ignoring this Government BAN or may not understand it's operation as both I and The Right Honorable Opposition Treasury Shadow - Chris Bowen have read it.
DOMACOM has stated in their last QTR Report that they will continue ( and have done so) to purchase Residential Property without a "Affordable Housing Component".
As a shareholder I think it's incumbent upon you to bring this to the attention of Domacom's Board.
IMO it's Just Fundamental and very disconcerting that their is a lost debate about Draft's, Bills and Acts. Don't seem to be seeing the forest, for just the odd tree.
A BAN is a BAN pending legislation and Scomo's Media release even contains a sunset and transition provision for existing ( those created before 14th September 2017) MIT's until 2027.
IMO It might be time for them to contact their Auditors, Custodians and Trustee to give them a "Heads Up" seek some clarity, then make a statement to the ASX forthwith.
