In the documentation for the Off market tender buy back.. fair value is $1.90-$2.30 according to EY auditors.

After buy back the median fair value is approx. $3 hence I will be not selling my shares for less than $1.50. If my offer isnt accepted, I will hold long term.

Approx. EPS will be 50c a share. PE of 6 (low range of media companies) will result in a SP of $3
