Ok thats more interesting your right it could be someone in a spot looking to just cash some easy royalties, a share distribution would work as well but it wouldn't make much sense, I doubt they would want the exposure to the overall company.
I will keep my eye out for more information could be an opportunity here, if the deal is good time will tell.
