Jeremy Read, in my personal opinion, is one of the smartest (both book & street) MD's i've come across. The only other MD i've come upon that is just as diligent is Mark Bennett who managed to find the motherload over at Nova and created huge shareholder wealth since 2011.

Most of the loyal major shareholders have had ample experience dealing with various MD's over the past 8 years since the GFC. There's a reason why prominent investors like Bob Healy are putting in big money for this company to grow via sound mangement and leadership.
