i totaly agree, when i first read goldmans recomendation of $2.30, based on a like for like up against 9 & 7 it made absolute sense to me ?
that was after the initial drop to $1.60, then you have perpetual who bought the large share holding from the canadians at about $2 ! i think (correct me if i'm wrong), suddenly decide they wanna take a bath on there holding, selling down to $1.30 ish. so i decide its to cheap for me to resist & buy in, next its back to $1.60 cos packer is intersted & why wouldnt he be after what he sold ch 9 for then ten annoucces an 11 cent divy, i wonder if packer knew anything about that ;) then he brings murdoch into the fold. i cant understand gina rhinharts move, other than to make a quick buck or wharehouse stock for packer & co (by the way i didnt sugest that cos its not legal ;) ) & still some stupids are still selling ?
