The problem was actually with the first 2 adjudicators not agreeing 1/3 of the time, so they had to bring in a 3rd one to address the deadlock, but I think the biggest issue was these doctors who are trained in the US are more reliant on chest X-ray for diagnosis. Whereas the AUS doctor use a combination of chest X-ray and blood sample.
