it's been saying that for a long time. fact is there is only a relatively short window about 16 weeks beginning in March to do the 3D-  the 3D is not even over a great area - NWE only had one job to do- maybe the Green Commo's in the Labor Party don't want to see Perth Basin take off- rather have windfarms on the one of the windiest coastal regions in the world ( Fcuk even the trees grow backwards) - who knows?? - but it IS sheet or get off the pot time.
