while there are two major shareholders with the majority of the stock, the share price will remain buoyant. It is only when one of those parties accepts the offer of the other that the risk of being left to wither on the vine exists. Until then I would fully expect one or the other or both avo and rms to improve their terms. I have been long the whole way from mid thirties on the technicals and I won't be selling till at least my first major target level is met (1.40) and then I will reassess.
