DIO and RMS both look like they want to go up. So long as the market improves, I see no reason why my target levels wont be hit. Here's hoping anyway!!1

Having said that, we may have to wait till the RMS bid finishes before we see DIO decouple from RMS....OR a bid from someone else acceptable to AVO and/or RMS.

The chart on DIO is fairly strong from here, and if RMS can deal with the DIO acceptance selling quickly, that chart should improve aswell
