Doesn't it depend on the RMS bid. I expect that RMS will get close to 30% soon and if that is the case I will take the offer and I am sure so will a lot of others.

I cannot see how the DIO SP will increase if AVO have 44% and RMS say own 40% plus with a 15% or so orphan holders with no control whatsoever.

I think I would rather get RMS over the line now ie 50%+ and at least gain some certainty as to who is in control. If there is any upside then we can participate through RMS.

Having said that I will wait until the last minute to do so because who knows what will happen.
