The volume doesn't suggest that, I wouldn't have thought.
Big buying (and selling, of course) - I'm guessing by NM and other short-termers who will sell again tomorrow at 1 or 2 pips higher.
Good strategy if this continues on with no news... bad one if a port allocation approval comes suddenly. And a master-stroke if they've sold out and an allocation is denied.
