    Spot on gapup,i think its the same 'seller' that made the 2 false runs not long ago,to try to unload more of their shares.

    With no information on a backup plan if port approval fails,you could see why a large share holder could get a little worried.

    Hopefully NM keeps buying,before this could drop even more.
