Technicals shaping up for a breakout, page-39

We "may" be OR we "may NOT" be, there is uncertainty........ and in my view more than enough to prevent us stating there is less risk than 6 months ago. Yes more development has been completed but the ultimate value of that development is yet to be proven, and arguably at significantly higher cost than expected suggesting the possibility of not insignificant problems. If capital costs have been so much more than expected it indicates to me significantly more uncertainty as to what the on-going costs may be. Add in a London listing that makes little sense at the the present time, very strange trading on the buy side, lower UG production than I expected last qtr and the recent large short trading announcements I see little to suggest to me that risks have declined.
