Hi VMP,

My reasons for investing in PO3:

1/ Bill Perfet's involvement, guys like that don't touch anything unless its worth their time. Plus when you are playing at that level with a status like that your pride and reputation is huge. So decision's aren't made without great caution.

2/ I think the technology is @ the forefront, within it's industry and is inevitable that the demand for it will be huge.

3/ Fewer shares, tight registry. Any stock on the ASX can be played we all know that.But we are less subject to be tossed around due to the quality of investors (LT Holder's) who don't tend to play around with their holdings as often. Generally equates to better stability within the stock.

Just my own personal option and thoughts, always DYOR and invest what you can afford.
