We have a healthy cash with no CR needed for a year except to fund a major project, an FRG manufacturing plant, that only improves the value proposition and the SP and even if we needed it, the involvement of Bill Parfet means it’s a lot easier to obtain funding, not to mention we’ll be partnering with a Multinational OEM such as Honeywell, whirlpool, and Samsung with billions of annual sales. These multinationals are always looking for a new superior product to sustain their annual billion dollar revenues. Failing to do so would only hurt them so it is in their best interest to play nice with PO3 because the water treatment for pools is only one of the products we’re rolling out soon and in the next two years.
