Didn’t even need a calculator to work that out but seems as though you think I need a calculator I’ll do the maths (5000 shares buying at a price of $5 equals (5000 x 5 = 25000) so we are safe to say that we invested $25,000 at $5 right? So now let’s work out what the $25,000 would be worth if it got sold at $5.20 a share (5000 shares times by $5.20)(5000 x 5.20 = 26000) so we are safe to say that it is worth $26,000 now at a share price of $5.20, now if we sold it excluding brokerage fees we take what it’s worth at $5.20 and we minus what it was worth at $5 (26000 - 25000 = 1000) that’s a $1000 profit so why do I need to invest in a calculator lol?
