You might be right. But the anticipation of an Ann can also easily break that barrier. We just need a few more moderately heeled new holders who’ll assess positively the significance of the imminent announcements in the pipe line. The closer we are to the Ann the more the market will take action. Best time to buy is when there’s drought of Ann. BP must be back from his holidays soon and things get busy.
