$220m is too low because we’re in the cusp of commercialisation. Just a matter of time before the market wakes up.
5,500 units of each of residential and commercial pools equipment is all we need to get $1 eps or $20 share price or $600m at 10PE. Now divide that by the 50 US states, and that translates to 110 units each of residential and commercial pool water treatment equipement.
Guess what? If the sales guy for California or Arizona sells only 110 units each, I’m pretty sure he’d be sacked instantly. There’s no way this is overvalued. Let’s just wait for the OEM partner, and marketing/sales promotions. This will fly like a rocket. Take a cue from Molekule that has sold in the tens of thousands and they haven’t even gone public or garnered any support from the likes of Bill Parfet or Andra rush, neither have they gone US-wide as their market seems to be just California. PO3 is gonna be huge.
