Technically Speaking, page-468

Hopefully we see a shake out today and see the few short term holders panick a little bit and sell down I wouldn’t mind this settling around the $4.10-$4.20 mark with a nice support at $4 and from then on accumulation is set into play again which will inevitably make this stock stronger, the Dow was down down a lot so this is the day to test the strength and see how it comes out of the fire

Scenario 1
I’m thinking we are going to see another low volume/down slightly day with the cappers in play while waiting for the sell side to build with orders below $5 so when the time is right they will lift their sell orders and buy in rapidly all the way into $5

Scenario 2
No volume and no orders because the profit takers know where this stock is going and will remain stubborn, we may see a few nibbles here and there...

Scenario 3
A few panickers sell down or some big players sell down on purpose to generate a bit of fear and make it look like it will go back into the $3s in order to shake out a few people

Scenario 4
We get some news and all the cappers lift their orders and we see this fly to the $6-$7 range

I personally don’t think we will see news for another atleast a week or 2 I’m expecting the next one to be the TB results or the beginning of the testing of the FRG in water treatment
