I have a feeling it is a fund(s) making redemption's, thus forced sales for anything they are profiting on. i'd say the fund probably got in at 35c, thus can't see it going below this level.
anyone else stupid enough to sell at these levels (or below 35c) is on a suicide mission and would put rql on a PE of sub- 6x.
however, no-one will be buying this until we see contract wins, some company direction and renewal of the cons mins contract. until then, brave out the storm!
i strongly believe in this company and am happy to hold for 5+ years.
