    Thanks for the advice. 

    Are hoping for a JV or off take to fund ongoing operations past this quarter ? If so, do you think that is a tad early in the scheme of things? 

    Maybe a strategic partner is a real chance, anyway, let's see which way the board goes, obviously they have to do something soon. M
