but as you say - FACT on the 15th of June the company said they had $10m in cash and were expcting more by the end of financial year.

I mean as the cash keps rolling in the stock will have no choice but to go up. I'm ready to pnce it's just a matter of when.

Mid 30's - I'd be very surpised if it went below here. but who knows at the moment.

This one could easily be 50+ with either a new contract, good outlook (in the upcoming report) or even some coverage by a broader media outlet. I dont know for sure but i'm assuming this isnt a widely followed stock.
