BTH looks good in relative valuation. While different companies have different forward prospects, the snapshot ratio can indicate where the stock is at in terms of likely extent of undervaluation or overvaluation. Those with higher ratio have a lot of premium baked in awaiting delivery or materialisation of sales while those with lower ratio tend to be under the radar stocks. The only exception for higher ratio is if the stock has already achieved substantial sales eg Xero.
