the problem is when you do a backdoor you need " industry players" to take a part of the company
so before a backdoor somebody needs to get set thru a mates rates placement
it just depends on how long the wait is, who gets the shell and how many shares they issue to friendly parties and at what price.
tdx at .003 is worth 3 million with a million cash, that ok for a shell
now the wait is on
