Did anyone else get the email from TCG to agree to be represented? It sounds like there is something behind this that we don't know about. Ie if you say yes does it mean you could be charged or.......

Dear Investor / Grower,

We, the Growers Reference Group (GRG) have continued our role in representing growers in the Timbercorp Liquidation process being conducted by KordaMentha. We hope that the efforts, activity and correspondence to date (which can all be found on the TC Growers website www.tcgrowers.com.au) has been valuable to everyone during this complex process.

As activity continues to increase in the coming weeks, the members of the GRG will continue their role in representing your interests and will endeavour to ensure the best outcome for growers is reached.

If you do not want the GRG to represent your interests, please respond via email ([email protected]) with your details and a request to be removed before Wednesday 9th September 2009.

For those growers who would like the GRG to continue to represent your interests in the eucalypts projects, no action is required.
