btw I have no idea of the problems in Sydney but I am willing to guess. IF the problem/s in Sydney are of fare and only fare structures then it is pretty obvious a radial fare strategy is the 'only' solution.
Funny how radial strategies are ignored as the authorities tend to penalise the A to B commuter by giving him/her the longest distance xyz between two points and ofcourse charge accordingly. A radical shift in ideaology is required here. Perhaps treating customers as commuters and not tourists would be one idea. 70 different fare schemes UNBELIEVABLE!!
