Both BNB and MBL have been establishing annuity style funds for years
They seek various infrastructure niches where investment has been poor .
Transit has the disadvantage of being govt run and so BNB etc wants very little to do with it.
A change may be on the way..a gradual privatising.
The sydney ferries for a start....
MBL has got into cabs.
So far never a mention of SCards from BNB and MBL. This is about to change soon
