OK - so I'll kick of proceedings here, most of the background is pretty well known to us, but the fact that this was published is itself an interesting turn of events.
I find it pretty interesting that Billis has decided to go more public or higher profile now that he has EVN with its 19.9% ownership on board, even if we don't completely know what EVN's long term game plan is (other than just throwing sticks in the spokes of someone else's bike?)
The question that I have - as a NST shareholder is "Are the management of NST under any obligation to communicate that an offer was made for the 51% interest in the EKJV and what consideration was given to this offer by NST management themselves?"
Anyone else here keen to see what that proposed number for that offer was?
