    It wasn't a literal statement.....Billis had months to educate the market in a rising gold price environment to prevent anyone buying TBR shares at $3.73. By failing to work to ensure the market valued the company at levels that he considered reasonable it enabled EVN to buy shares at a level that should not have been allowed to happened.
