My trust days were long ago, but I vaguely remember that the ALP had changes planned for trusts. I doubt they will be pleasant.
Unfortunately , as money involved, the rules are likely to keep changing. In fairness to the present crop of politicians, mostly because of Howard and Costello , the present system is a dog's breakfast and not really sustainable.
Chasing our tails till we die seems likely.
But as my spouse rudely pointed out , really sad to have the money to worry about.
She can be an unsympathetic cow sometimes.
