Good point. If pdn gets 80%, then the tax implicatations are clear. If they don't get 80%, do you use PDN open price on day you are allocated? or close price? Probably no real big deal, but it is still ambiguous.
I would not have accepted if I knew areva was going to get the 11% at $6.1 from instos. But I think that now 60% have accepted, the fear of illiquidity in remaining shares will drive the acceptances up at the last minute.
