tax write off, page-9

    Hi yuyu52

    I rang the tax office today and was told that to get a Capital Loss I would have to get a letter from the people winding up the company declaring that the shares have NO Value.

    I have not been able to find out the contact for who is doing the wind-up/aadministration

    Can anybody help with contact details please
