    Guys, IMO if you are a bona fide share trader and were holding the stock in that capacity, then you have the option of valuing it at the end of the year at cost or market value.

    Company is in administration, the MV is nil.

    If you were holding the stock as an investment then, yes, IMO you would need to wait.
