Hi mate the company has not been officially sold up yet once this process is complete the administers will release an announcement via the asx which will have a letter from administers stating that the company ceases to exist anymore then you can claim your tax loss until this happens you won't be able to. The administers won't write an individual a letter you have to wait with DML we are lucky shouldn't take long some companies you have to wait several years to claim a tax loss
