    Yes, it is a dividend.

    But the questions are:

    1) What is the value of the dividend?

    2) What is the cost basis of the ROL shares if and when they are sold?

    I would expect that the copmpany will make that determination and advise shareholders . . . .

    But I have not heard yet.
