arsenic, I see your handle on a few equities I own. So, if not of the same ilk, certainly we share some of same taste.

There are a few threads like this scattered about. It always surprises me that adults think that tax and money advice/information from unknown sources is a good idea to live by. More often than not this is the realm of the lazy and/or slow, and ultimately disappears on its own. (The lazy slow bit explaining it, ie. lose interest, go to zero.)

HC has its value, mostly entertainment, with some good (even great) information, useful links, posters' thoughtful insights and the iggy tab. We all see what it's worth and use it accordingly. But, really, tax questions?!
