Hi everyone,
Hoping for your clarification on the transaction for MLX/WGX. Can anyone tell me how the distribution of MLX to WGX is treated from a tax perspective? I just want to know how the purchase price of WGX is arrived at and also how it is treated from a tax perspective. I accept the fact that any responses that are provided aren't financial advice. Just wanted to know if there are any resources that explains this situation so I can understand how this is going to impact my investment.
