Have just done my tax, my agent informs me that nothing can be claimed for the year 2015/16. A capital loss may be claimed after the wind up is complete. At the moment it is still in the hands of the administrators. The Capital Loss may be claimed any time after the administrators have done all that is possible, it doesn't have to be claimed the same year that it becomes claimable.
