I received this week an email from computershare requiring me to self certify with a link. The link asks me to fill in details of my tax status and residency for my holding in SYD.
I hold about 10 stocks via computershare and so I logged on and checked them all. 3 require me to self certify but the other 7 are fine. On checking I cannot self certify them all at once I have to go through the procedure for each one in turn. After 30 mins of trying to get all the details right for SYD it still refused to accept my input, but not telling me what input data was wrong. I then sent them an email to complain and they sent back a pdf to be printed and filled in for SYD. But what of my other 2 none certified stocks.
Why haven't they sent me an email asking me to certify my other 2 stocks not certified, why just pick on SYD.
